NDIS CORE SUPPORTS

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Connect. Participate. Build Confidence.

At My Own Care (MOC), we believe meaningful community participation is an important part of living a connected and fulfilling life. Our Social and Community Participation supports help NDIS participants explore their interests, build confidence, develop social connections, and become more involved in their local community. Support is personalised around your interests, abilities, preferences, and NDIS goals—giving you the opportunity to participate in activities that are meaningful to you.

WHAT IS SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION?

Whether you want to attend an event, join a group, learn a new skill, enjoy an outing, volunteer, or simply become more confident getting out into the community, our team is there to support you at a pace that works for you.
